Shipping policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours, unless there is a problem with the shipping address. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Shipping options
We offer two shipping options:
- Economy – Ground-based shipping. The carrier is selected to provide the best value for your order.
- Express – Expedited shipping. Express does not guarantee overnight delivery; depending on destination and service availability, it may be a 2-day or 3-day service.
Deliveries to PO boxes, as well as to remote or mountainous areas, may take additional time in transit.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
ALINE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
