US Returns

At ALINE we proudly stand behind our products and offer a 90-day 100% money-back guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return on product purchased from ALINE.COM. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for all approved US returns.

EU & International Returns — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or another international market, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

• Refund: We will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving your returned item. We are not required to refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
• Return shipping: EU and international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Condition: You may handle the item as you would in a shop to assess it. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

What's Not Eligible

Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return under our US guarantee.

For EU and international orders, the right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards or to goods that are personalized or made to your specifications.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account at account.aline.com and initiate the return from your order list.

If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), you cannot use the account URL. Please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 7 days (US) or 14 days (EU/International) to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
