Do the outer edges of your shoes seem to wear out much faster than the center or inner edges of the soles? If so, you likely suffer from excessive supination, which is also known as underpronation. When you walk or run, supination causes your feet to lean out to the sides rather than staying balanced in the center. This can increase tension on your ankles and lower leg muscles while leaving you vulnerable to bunions, calluses, and shin splints.
Supination can interfere with your athletic performance and may lead to more aches and pains from everyday activity. It also causes rapid wear and tear on your shoes. Who wants to spend money replacing one pair of shoes after another when there are ways to correct supination?
ALINE supination insoles are designed to help correct the problem by supporting proper alignment while your feet are in motion. Slip them into your shoes and give your feet the relief they deserve.
- Engineered ribs flex and rebound to allow your feet to move freely during any activity.
- Biomechanically enhanced structures mean your feet have support where and when it’s needed.
- Patented activation and compression zones keep your feet and lower body aligned during every step, jump, twist and turn.
- Heel cup with gel pad holds your heel securely while providing shock absorption.
my insoles are definitely comfortable
I purchased three pairs to replace three old pairs, same model. I even put these in my slippers to wear around the house. Without them just walking is painful. I tried many other inserts and even had some made but they all give too much and I need the constant support, completely flat feet, fallen metatarsals, etc. Thank you for creating them!
Shipping is terrible and been tracking it it’s like the item has been lost , pay good money for something and can’t even get what you ordered !
Totally works, my chiropractor recommended them I’ve been using them every since ordered a second pair for multiple shoe usage
My husband and I are restaurant owners and are always on our feet. My husband has challenges with his hip as well. The first day we wore our A-lines, we were both astonished at how easy it was to feel centered and stand up straight. My husband is 6'4" and I am 5'10" so having good posture wasn't easy until we started using our A-lines. I have since purchased a pair for all of my employees that work so hard for us on their feet everyday. So many of them have knee and back problems. I can't wait for them to all to wear A-lines and have healthier bodies!
