Do the outer edges of your shoes seem to wear out much faster than the center or inner edges of the soles? If so, you likely suffer from excessive supination, which is also known as underpronation. When you walk or run, supination causes your feet to lean out to the sides rather than staying balanced in the center. This can increase tension on your ankles and lower leg muscles while leaving you vulnerable to bunions, calluses, and shin splints.
Supination can interfere with your athletic performance and may lead to more aches and pains from everyday activity. It also causes rapid wear and tear on your shoes. Who wants to spend money replacing one pair of shoes after another when there are ways to correct supination?
ALINE supination insoles are designed to help correct the problem by supporting proper alignment while your feet are in motion. Slip them into your shoes and give your feet the relief they deserve.
- Engineered ribs flex and rebound to allow your feet to move freely during any activity.
- Biomechanically enhanced structures mean your feet have support where and when it’s needed.
- Patented activation and compression zones keep your feet and lower body aligned during every step, jump, twist and turn.
- Heel cup with gel pad holds your heel securely while providing shock absorption.
Would not fit in my shoe.
This is a great product that I’ve been using for over 10 years. I highly recommend it to anyone considering use of an orthotic.

They work great no Pain will order again
Love them for my walking sneakers. Very comfortable all day at work. A bit rigid for the tennis court, I will have to invest in the active pair. Very pleased with purchase, great packaging, and quick delivery. These are better than any prescription or drugstore orthotics I have tried in the past. I'll be back!
I have been running 3x's per week and my feet are still adjusting to the insole. Still a little painful and I am willing to give it another couple of weeks before I make a final decision.
