Skating can leave your feet battered and bruised inside and out whether you're on inline skates, or traditional roller skates. The first step to preventing short-term discomfort and potential long-term damage is proper skate fit. The same goes for ensuring a good fit in your skate shoes if you ride a board. The second step is the addition of skate insoles designed to support the natural movement of your feet while in motion.
For inline and roller skaters, insoles provide cushioning to prevent rubbing or foot shifting while moving through a wide variety of foot motions. When you choose ALINE skate insoles, you get the added benefit of improved lower body alignment while you skate.
Whether you're turning tricks or just skating for hours at the rink with friends, your feet will appreciate the comfort and support long after you remove the skates and head home.

I met Gordon at a Tony Robbins event. He got with fitted with the proper inner soles. With 36 hours my feel we’re feeling better then ever.
I Loved them so much when I got home a bought two more pairs.
I work on my feet sometime 18-20 hours a day and I keep recommending them to everyone on the job.
These are totally awesome and highly recommend them to any need some good foot support.
Thanks Aline and Gordon.
I have had problems with my knees for 50 years. Since wearing these, not only do my knees not hurt but my legs do not feel tired. Amazing!
I am an avid weightlifter and Pickleball player. I use two different sets of shoes for each activity, a metcon and a court shoe. With the traction insole my squats form seems to stabilize my knees and hips thereby taking away any pain that I used to have without the insole. With the court shoes my lateral stability has definitely increased, very noticeable when I go side to side on the courts. I’ve recommended these insoles to all my friends.
I love the feel of the aline inserts.
