As a medical provider, I’ve been using their product myself and for my patients for many, many years.

I ordered a size 7 for a patient. They sent a size 11. It’s been a nightmare to deal with them to try to get the order corrected.

I would caution anyone who is looking to purchase their products.

It’s heavy and thick not even comfortable. Don’t waste your money

I use them in my bowling shoes which I wear three to 4 times a week ... no more foot cramps ... I will purchase again.

I found that they were too heavy. Will be returning them for that reason.

It feels better when I walk for sure, but my ankle is still having under-pronation which is the issue I wanted fixed.

Havent received half my order and the one I did is not comfortable

The supports are great as usual. Even the month I had to wait to receive them wasn't a problem. However the inability to contact anyone at your company is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! Will never order from you again!

I’ll be honest with you I don’t feel much of a difference with the new souls in my shoe. Very unsatisfied and hoping to have more support, but did not receive that when I put them in my sneakers. I would like to return them please

I still haven’t gotten one of my products I order long ago and the one product I got seems to not be nearly as good as the out of the box product I got from my foot doctor. Wouldn’t recommend at this point

Got the insoles, added the tabs, oh boy, game changer.
A must if you are stepping sideways, look at your shoes, they tell the story!
Add this tabs, balance and align your core!

Skeptical at first, then the insoles arrived, oh my, what a difference in my balance, and lowback discomfort.

They are really the only type I get now for my patients.

We have been using A-lines for our athletes and all patients since 2008 I believe. One of the best things we have added to our practice to support our patients and athletes. It was nice to objectively show the patient their need and corrective result when indicated. Recently extremely disappointed to see the lowering of standard to have them being sold on amazon and by your company at such a discounted rate especially after increasing our costs. You have cheapened the the value of them by making them being available with out being properly assessed and monitored for correction. Will be considering going back to more customized orthotics for all patients vs. just those challenging ones.

I don't feel any pain from my plantar fascitis when i wear these! I had been wearing these for years and someone stopped but then when i developed this pain, i started using again. game changer!

I have plantar fasciitis and the the insoles helped very little. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! I would like to return the insoles.
